Karaoke Player Terms: ***The person picking up the equipment must be 21 years of age and have a valid Ontario Drivers License with them. They must also have a credit card (Visa / MasterCard / Amex) with them for a security deposit or (Pre-Authorization) that will be held on the card for the amount of $1,500.00 , you must have $1,500.00 available to be spent on the credit card for the Pre-Authorization to go through. The Pre-Authorization will remain on the card for 3-5 business days or until the equipment has been returned and checked for damage/missing equipment. Pre-Authorizations will not show up on your credit card statement however it will prevent you from being able to spend the Pre-Authorization money for 3-7 business days after it has been done. Equipment must be picked up by 5:00pm on the rental out day and returned by 5:30pm on the rental in day, for other arrangements contact our office. Upon reserving the equipment we take a deposit in the amount of half the rental which is non refundable, the balance is due the day you pick the equipment up. Rental equipment is not checked in at the time of return, it usually happens the next business day. If for any reason the equipment is damaged or stolen Disc Jockeys Unlimited reserves the right to charge full replacement value to your credit card.
